Your orders are shipped within three working days from the order confirmation.
Insured shipping and transport costs in Italy and Europe
Italy_All our wines will be transported free of charge to the customer’s home within the Italian national territory and will be used appropriate packaging.
Europe_ All our wines will be transported to the customer’s home with the additional amount of 29,99 € VAT included and will be used appropriate packaging. It is possible to buy from 1 to 3 wine boxes (i.e. from 6 to 18 bottles).
In any case, the products are covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during the transport of the order, at no additional cost to the buyer.
We only use certified “shockproof” packaging for transport, which guarantees maximum safety in the event of accidental shocks and falls, but at the same time guarantees excellent protection against thermal shocks.
The products are entrusted to our couriers within 72 hours following the order (Saturday and Sunday excluded). In case of shipment to the islands and European countries the delivery could be delayed of 24-48h. There may be delays in deliveries due to bad weather, strikes and poor delivery areas.
Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, mostly from 9 to 18.
In case you receive a package that is not intact or damaged, it is essential that you highlight this anomaly by writing on the delivery document the word “RESERVE“, describing the anomaly identified. Then inform us sending an email to email@example.com attaching photos of damage or non-original packaging, etc.
