The dialect Sicilian expression “catàmmari catàmmari” derives from the Greek one, with the meaning of “little by little”, almost suggesting the best way to enjoy our sparkling wine obtained from Moscato and Insolia grapes.
Catàmmari inebriates the senses with a scent of white peach flowers, grapefruit and zagara flowers. On the palate, it shows a strong acidity and minerality.
